Double rod matt fence is strong mesh system offering increased levels of protection over singular wire alternatives. Combining an excellent visual appearance with increased levels of protection twin wire is a good option over singular wire alternatives, it is an ideal system for use in schools, commercial outlets and as a good alternative on industrial sites where other products are not suitable.

Panel: Manufactured using 6mm vertical wire sandwiched between to two 8mm diameter horizontal wires, which are welded at each  intersection creating a strong and durable panel. The mesh aperture consists of a 200 x 50mm mesh spacing providing excellent see through  visibility. Panels are manufactured from 600mm to 2400mm with a panel length of 2500mm as standard.

Post system: Standard posts are manufactured from 60 x 60mm square hollow section steel. All posts include threaded inserts leaving a clean  and flush design. Double wire is a specially designed clamping system that secures the panels in place.

Finish: Panels - Manufactured from galvanised wire and then supplied powder coated. Posts and securing brackets - Hot dip  galvanised and then supplied powder coated

Gates: A full range of complimentary gates are available to suit this range of fencing. These vary from standard pedestrian access gates right through to bespoke cantilever sliding gates.

Fastenings:The Panels and posts are jointed together with bolts or rivets, using the steel flat bar or special steel clamps, all nuts are self-locking. This also can be designed as the special clients' requests.

Finish treatment:Galvanized / Polyester coated green, other standard colors are available on request. It can resist the corrosive and ultraviolet radiation very strongly, and it can keep original color and long-time using.
